Battulga Tumurdash
Battulga Tumurdash is the Founder and President of Look Mongolia Travel Group. He rose from tour guiding to top management at one of Mongolia’s largest travel companies before launching his own business. He holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Management from Bournemouth University and has conducted extensive research on sustainable tourism development in Mongolia. Alongside leading the company, he remains actively involved in tour planning and operations. Passionate about eco-based adventure travel, he is strongly committed to environmental conservation.
Munkhzaya Namjiljav
Zaya is sales manager and tour designer of the company. She is graduated Gazarchin University in 2005 and holds bachelor degree of tourism management and marketing. Since her student days she worked as a tour guide and achieved fabulous travel experience and knowledge about the country. Based on her experience she develops new travel itineraries and tour products. Zaya is always welcome to design tours for you or advice and help you for plan unforgettable journeys with us.
Tur-Enkh Turo
Designs and delivers unique adventure experiences across Mongolia. He craft customized itineraries, ensure safety and logistics, and provide expert guidance to create immersive and memorable outdoor adventures.
Zolzaya /Zoloo/
Zoloo Joined a company recently. She is responsible for caring and managing the Korean market, the Korean Market Manager builds partnerships with Korean travel agencies, promotes tour products, and ensures services meet market expectations. She coordinate sales, marketing, and client communication while adapting tours to suit Korean travelers’ preferences.
Munkhjargal Haraa
Responsible for overseeing all transportation operations, the Chief Transport Officer ensures safe, efficient, and reliable logistics across all tours. They manage vehicle fleets, coordinate drivers, maintain schedules, and uphold high standards of safety and service, ensuring smooth travel experiences for every client.
Guides
All of our guides are professional, knowledgeable and they have 2-8 years of working experience. All of them are certified as a tour guide by TDIM (Tourism Development Institute of Mongolia). They always try their best to make all our customers happy and make the tour most enjoyable! They can be not only your tour guide but also your good companion in Mongolia!
